The Raltuv Island Circle bonus program rewards guests who travel with us more than once or who refer friends and family who complete a booked itinerary. Membership is free and begins after your first departed trip verified in our system. You earn points toward future credits: one point per CAD 100 of eligible package value on Island Retreat, Lagoon Expedition, and Coral Villa Stay components, excluding flights and insurance. Referrals that result in a completed departure add a flat 250-point bonus once per referred household. Points convert to credits at 100 points equals CAD 10 off a future package, up to a maximum of 45% of the listed package subtotal per booking. Credits expire twenty-four months after issuance if unused. Bonus status does not override supplier cancellation rules; it applies to new bookings only. We publish program changes on this page with effective dates; 2026 members receive email notice thirty days before material adjustments.
